Absolutely LOVE this app!

Im a lazy yogi that will go months between stretches of a regular practice. Ive always used the travel required by my job as an excuse. Im so happy that I saw this app in this months Yoga Journal! The preset programs are awesome and it even lets you design your own routine. I have already increased my weekly yoga practice days. This app and my yoga paws...unstoppable!
